The Power of Presence…Mindfulness
Authentic living is a journey that captivates, engages, and charges the human spirit. Presence, quiets the intellectual mind, and invites our intuition to shine forth. Occasionally, from this intuitive place, the solution to a struggle simply comes to you. Other times, the intuition gently informs the thinking mind where to look next.
Presence opens us to the possibility of who and what we may become; blissful, joyful, and fearless.
